Charlotte Flores
Charlotte Flores brings a diverse background in education, business leadership, and creative storytelling to FLO Motion Productions. Holding a Master's Degree in Secondary Education from the University of Connecticut, Charlotte has taught high school, managed and led private-sector businesses, and developed valuable expertise in grant writing and organizational development.
Beyond her professional experience, Charlotte has a deep love for travel, nature, and agriculture — interests that fuel her passion for photography. Her nature photography has earned first-place honours and multiple category awards at agricultural fairs and exhibitions across New Brunswick.
As Co-Director and Lead Photographer, Charlotte combines her practical experience, thoughtful perspective, and creative eye to capture the authentic people, places, and details that make every story worth telling.

Joel Flores
Joel Flores is a storyteller, filmmaker, and creative leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning media, communication, education, and creative production. With a BA in Communication Sciences and Mass Media Communications from the University of Connecticut and a Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Joel's background brings together a deep understanding of communication, audience engagement, and the power of a well-told story.
Throughout his career, Joel has worked across education, broadcasting, music, and media production, discovering how meaningful stories can connect people, communicate ideas, and inspire change. That passion ultimately led him to establish FLO Motion Productions, where he brings together his experience and creative vision to help organizations and individuals tell the stories that matter most.
As Founder and Creative Director, Joel leads projects from the earliest conversations through creative development, production, and final edit. For him, filmmaking has never been just about the camera — it's about discovering the heart of a story and finding the most meaningful way to share it.
Production Lead | Videographer & Director
Albertus Koesoema
Born in Indonesia and now based in Canada, Albertus Koesoema brings a unique blend of technical precision and creative vision to FLO Motion Productions. With degrees in Computer Science and Media Arts and Culture from the University of New Brunswick,, his approach to filmmaking bridges the technical and artistic sides of visual storytelling.
What began with a childhood camcorder grew into a passion for bringing ideas to life through imagery, sound, and music. Albertus has worked across directing, cinematography, editing, lighting, visual effects, and sound design, with experience spanning short films, music videos, documentaries, and instructional productions. His work has earned recognition for Best Sound Design & Best Editing at the New Brunswick 48-Hour Film Festival.
As Production Lead, Albertus combines his creative versatility and technical expertise with a collaborative, hands-on approach, helping lead teams and bring each project's vision to life.
